All returns are eligible on a case-by-case basis. If you have already redeemed the item, we cannot process the item for a return since it is a one-time use code and can now no longer be sold to another person. Returns will not be granted for redeem items that you have now decided you do not want once redeemed.
Exchanges will only be granted when the item is defective. If your item is defective it can be exchanged for the same item. If you are unable to redeem the code, please do not contact the manufacturer of the product. Upon receiving a request for a refund, we will notify you via email that your request for a refund has been received. Upon review of request for a refund, you will be notified with either an approval or rejection. Upon following an approval for a refund request, the money will be credited to the original payment method within a few days.
